Overview

The Sr. Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and driving the delivery of technical projects that provide exceptional business value to users. This role serves as a vital link between product designers and the technical implementation of our innovative software solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project execution.

Responsibilities

· Lead solution development projects in software development from initiation to completion, overseeing the entire lifecycle to ensure adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

· Contribute to the design and architect of robust technical solutions that harmonize with business goals and user needs, ensuring a balance of scalability, performance, and user experience.

· Collaborate closely with Product Designers to understand their vision and translate it into actionable technical requirements, bridging the gap between design concepts and practical implementation while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Navigate complex challenges by evaluating technical feasibility alongside user experience, making informed decisions to drive successful outcomes.

· Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and clients, fostering collaboration, managing expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress.

· Define and manage the project management processes, implement best practices, and champion ongoing process improvement.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience).

· 5 years’ experience in technical solutions management or similar role.

· PMP or similar project management experience is a plus.

· Proficient in agile methodologies and collaboration tools.

· Firm understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and process.

· Strong grasp of user-centered design principals and methodologies.

· Strong understanding of software architecture and system integration.

· Excellent communication skills, enabling effective bridging between design and development teams.
